💵 What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
Do you charge sales tax?
  • We currently do not charge sales tax on online purchases. We only charge the product price plus shipping.
Can I modify or cancel an order I’ve placed?
  • Once an order is submitted, the products and quantities cannot be changed. We’re unable to add items or adjust the number of products on an existing order.
    If you need additional items, simply place a separate order.
  • We can update the shipping address on an order if it has not yet shipped.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us @ 1.800.728.7206 as soon as possible.  
  • If it is outside business hours, email us at shop@BestLivingSystems.com
  • If we’re unable to cancel the order before it ships, you may initiate a return once your order arrives.
🚚 Where do you ship from?
  • We ship in-stock items Monday-Friday from our Warehouse located in Louisiana.  
  • We also offer third-party items that will ship directly from the manufacturer.
Do you consolidate shipments?
  • For your convenience, we aim to ship your order in as few boxes as possible. However, some items cannot be completely consolidated. 
  • If part of your order is out of stock, we provide the option to either ship part of your order or hold it and ship the complete order
When will my order be shipped?    How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
  • In-stock items ship Monday-Friday via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Louisiana.  
    These orders are generally received within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 
  • For orders placed before 1:00 pm CT (in-stock items) we will make every attempt to ship out the same day.  
    Orders placed after 1:00 pm CT or on weekends/holidays (in-stock items) will be shipped the next business day.  
  • Third-party items, shipped directly from the manufacturer, usually ship within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. 
    Because manufacturers ship from a wide variety of locations, delivery time can vary significantly.   
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number   (also available on your order history in your back office, if you registered an account)
  • Please note: The distance to your address and/or any weather concerns may impact transit time. We will do our best to keep you updated regarding any major changes to lead times.
Can I expedite my shipment?
  • You can request to expedite an order for in-stock items by calling or emailing us before 1:00 pm CT Monday-Friday only.
  • Expedited shipping is not available after business hours, on weekends, holidays, or for items shipped by a third-party.
  • After receiving your order and shipping request, we will determine weight and measurments for shipping cost, and then issue a paylink to your email address to process payment.

Why can’t my order be shipped to California?
Some BLS products that produce ozone cannot be sold in or shipped into the state of California due to regulations enforced by the California Air Resources Board.
These items will have a disclaimer: "This product Does not meet California air cleaner regulation (AB 2276) requirements"

If we have made an error in shipping, sent you the wrong product, or if you receive a product damaged we will gladly correct that issue.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order to discuss any immediate issues with receiving your products and/or initiate a return or exchange.  

Condition for Returns
Most of our Air Purification products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
Our restocking fee is 15% plus the cost of the return label. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the shipping and return of a product are non-refundable. 
We will receive most products back into our stock if they are in good condition and can be resold.
A new product may be returned/exchanged for another product or returned for a refund (minus restocking fee).

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging 
  • The product isn’t used or damaged 
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase 
  • You purchased the product directly from Best Living Systems  
  • To return for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days and the request must be completed (product received back) within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return and/or refund.

We define “good condition” as products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are credited back to the credit card used to make the purchase but can be issued by check (takes 2 weeks on average to be mailed from the time of the receipt of the product back into our stock).

⚠️ Items that will not be accepted for returns or full refunds include but are not limited to:

  • Used chemical product 
  • Used sampling media 
  • Used diagnostic sampling equipment 
  • Partially used 90DayFilter convenience packs
Damaged Returns: If a returned product is damaged and not in “good condition,” the customer will still be responsible for the restocking fee and return label cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

👉 Product issues or concerns that fall outside of the 30-day return policy window will be handled by following the BLS Product Warranty process.
